The first Jew says "Ja know, I zent my youngest zon to Israel to become a better Jew, but he came back a Christian." The other Jew surprised says "JA!!! I too zent my zon to Israel to become a better Jew and he also came back Christian!" Why do we not ask the Rabbi why zis is so. So they go to the Rabbi and say "Our two zons went to Israel to become better jews, but they came back Christians--why is zis?" The Rabbi puzzles and confesses that his son also turned to christianity whilst in Israel. "I vill pray to ze Lord and find out why zis is so." So the Rabbi prays and prays and prays, and finally the Lord's voice comes to him. YES MY SON, WHAT IS YOUR QUESTION? Vell you see Lord, ze three of us were wondering--why when we send our zons to Israel do zey come back to us Christians? The Lord is silent and timidly the Rabbi says "Lord?" And God replies "YOU KNOW, I SENT MY SON TO ISRAEL TO BECOME A BETTER JEW....
